To be honest I don't really know what I was expecting when I bought them but they turned out a lot better than I expected! I heard about the benefits of these glasses and thought I'd give them a try, they have the highest ratings. When I received them they came with a small test card and a light, both pairs blocked blue light! I kept a pair and gave one to my girlfriend who looks way cuter in it than me and we both wear them every night before bed. I noticed a decent improvement in my sleep quality and a pretty significant reduction in eye strain at night. I definitely recommend it!
