Product idea is amazing, it worked great for me, but sometimes it takes a long time to connect to my LG tablet (sometimes 5 or 10 minutes). I've tried many charging cables, restarting the tablet, charging the tablet before plugging it in, but I don't know why it happens sometimes. Customer service phone, WhatsApp and Skype do not work for customer service. 4 stars because it's a fantastic idea and works amazingly (when I can plug it in).
