I've had mine since 2014 and have used it quite a bit to get things in and out of the house. Very versatile and fits easily in the car. It is very useful to use different sizes and orientations; The best thing is that you can place the footrest on a flat surface. The downside is that the flat footrest doesn't lock in place, so you can't slide under drawers when they're up because the footrest will move toward you. It would be nice if the big tires were bigger, but that will affect their portability, so it's a compromise. Overall, I like this wagon very much and I would buy it again if something were to happen to it.
