Great product and includes many different shaped tips. I found the instructions very easy to follow when it came to figuring out which type of car glue to use. I almost got 4 stars instead of 5 because the LED bar wasn't really bright enough to be used in this way, but it was still very useful as a reflection aid. I have already recommended the product to friends. As a helpful tip, I would suggest NOT using the product in direct sunlight or when the sun is heating up the metal panels you intend to work on. The sun seemed to affect the strength of the hot glue's bond to the tip of the tool - most of the time the glue stayed on the door and lifted off the tool with little or no effect. However, after the afternoon got cooler and my door was NOT in direct sunlight, it bonded very well and the glue came off completely with the tip and it seemed to pull out the dents pretty well.
