Can't recommend, fiberglass breaks terribly.
The problem I have with this material is the slack weave of the fiberglass. The simple act of unzipping a sleeve so you can adjust it to something causes a lot of fraying on the fibers. This material is destroyed by repeated removal/replacement on the item it is intended to insulate/protect. It is obvious. This product is made into jumbo length wraps and cut into shorter lengths. NO PRECAUTIONS have been taken to prevent the fibers from stretching or wearing at the ends, so wear is particularly severe at the ends.
