Wrong magnification

I ordered two different reading glasses with the same power - 1.0 on the same day. The other glasses I have are perfect and just what I need. I don't know what magnification these glasses have, but it's not 1.0. They're too strong and I can't use them for anything unless I'm holding something right up to my face. I think I will keep them in case my eyesight deteriorates. Have you tried coming back with Revain? Every time they credit you straight away and then claim they never returned the items and take the money back.
