I like that it is easy to set up, they have all of their tools in one place (which makes life easier) so if you need help there's always someone around who can assist with your questions or concerns.
They are very responsive when we do reach out via email/live chat but sometimes getting through may take some time as they tend not be super quick at replying during peak hours which could make purchasing more difficult from other customers depending how busy things get. We've been using them since 2013. The customer service has improved over the years though still needs attention here &there by being able to update our profiles quicker than waiting days between updates would definitely improve overall experience! Our website was built back then too now its much better after improving upon functionality such as search bar improvement etc.
