Collars Cesar Milan - Joke

This is not quality at all! Overpriced! Doesn't really help with stretching. I have a 65 lb Pitbull and a 32 lb French Bulldog and they both pull me when I walk. One of the collars fell off. The latches you use to close the collar do not stay closed. Very poor quality work
