Poor quality insulation liner
This is a manufacturing/design fault. The thermal pad started peeling off after 35 days of use. Poor quality design and choice of thermal pads. At the expense of this product, the lining should withstand not days, but years! Other products are there with better price. I learned a lesson from that. Send a comment to the company to be forwarded to the owner/designer. Let's hope that when the owner/designer comes to version 2.0 it will be made better and have a better finish.
