I am almost 100% satisfied with this. I chose the extra headrest type because this vest is obviously for a small child (2 years old). I like that it flips up and down. This keeps your child's head out of the water. However, he can swim a little. This makes it very difficult for him to swim. This keeps him so reclined that he's lying on his back like a turtle. It deserves 5 stars because this vest is obviously doing its job in the water, it's colorful and easy to spot. I am a mother of many children so all my younger children wear life jackets in the water because I can get distracted by the constant demands of the little ones. If you are buying it for this reason, be aware of that.
