Love this scanner but one problem after another
Worked great for a few weeks and then stopped. Technical support resolved this issue. Two days later, for no apparent reason, it stopped again and stayed where it is. I've reposted it for tech support and am awaiting their direction. In the meantime I'm thinking about buying another scanner that might work. When it works, it works well. The problem is that its functionality keeps disappearing. Disappointing.
