Easy to use, works great

Good quality. Fast setup. Easy to use. The included software works great. Corrects skew like a dream - better than our $40,000 copier. We have now bought a total of 7 for our company and our users find them easy to use.

Easy to install and use!

We had a Canon scanner at work that had been in daily use for 15 years and still worked! We only had to upgrade for speed and chose a scanner from the same company and class. This one did not disappoint and looks forward to using it daily for another 15 years.

Easy to use! Scan both sides!

I just LOVE this scanner. It's very easy to use. It scans both sides at the same time and detects if there is a blank page and skips it. It's fast too! I had no problems with malnutrition. I had a bit of an issue setting it up, which I think is due to the fact that I'm not tech savvy. Technical service was great (and easy to understand).

Love this scanner but one problem after another

Worked great for a few weeks and then stopped. Technical support resolved this issue. Two days later, for no apparent reason, it stopped again and stayed where it is. I've reposted it for tech support and am awaiting their direction. In the meantime I'm thinking about buying another scanner that might work. When it works, it works well. The problem is that its functionality keeps disappearing. Disappointing.

Correction: DR-C225-11 Catalina Compatible

Initial false statement: Doesn't appear to be Apple Catalina compatible now and Canon won't fix it. My order was placed 18 months ago and the product was working pretty well before I downloaded Catalina. Correction: The notice I saw on the Canon website was for the Canon Image FORMULA DR-C225 and not the newer DR-C225-11. I contacted Canon support and they helped me download the driver and software and now the scanner is working fine again!

Initial misstatement: It doesn't appear to be compatible with Apple Catalina now and Canon has no intention of fixing that. Great little machine and great software

I've only had this machine for a week but am very impressed. I've been used to using a Fujitsu scanner for many years and I think this device is comparable if not better. I downloaded the driver AND the software (CaptureOn Touch V4 Pro) from the Canon website and it was installed, connected and ready to use. Didn't even have to reboot! I think what I like most about this software is that you set up quick scan shortcuts, specify a save location and voila! But what I like the most is that you can

Feeds wrong.

I was very happy with this new scanner. When I scanned a two page/multiple page document (my norm) - it was fed from the front, not the back - put pages 6,5,4 etc in the scanner and it will scan and return you 2, 1, 4, 3, 6.5 always wrong scanning and document manipulation. After 50 minutes of talking to Canon tech support - and answering the same submission question over and over again - I just returned it.
