I saw a popular cat rescuer talk about it and decided to give it a try. My 2 cats can get smelly even if you keep their boxes clean. I damaged the first filling of the bag because the edge of the bag wasn't very visible and I ripped the whole thing out (oops). Your customer service is very responsive and I was satisfied. The assembly is a bit fiddly and the instructions could be clearer. Youtube helped me a lot by showing me how to setup the whole system. Now that it works I'm pleasantly surprised at how well they get the smell out. If you scoop as soon as they poop, it really seals in the stink! The bags are also (thankfully) durable because after a couple of weeks the junk gets mighty. Also comes with a dustpan! I wish the hole you throw the dirty trash in was bigger if you empty the whole box at once. It takes a while to get used to, but I'm glad I have it.
