Broken upon arrival.
Goods arrived on time. The box it came in was a real box of parts. No shipping carton. It wasn't glued and the top part was partially open. At the first inspection. Everything seemed fine. Until we started installing it and the plug fell off. It's broken at the base. Return for replacement.
