Well I don't like that they didn't give out all the information about the product otherwise I wouldn't have bought it but the support was excellent and they refunded my money so no damage no foul but now I understand i why was $100 cheaper than the one i ended up buying. The only flaw was that this one doesn't show up on the vehicle cluster display so you can set duration and aircon or heat, but it would be a great product, it's still a great product if that's what you want, so i love it other than that
