Dissatisfied! Bought for Christmas based on the positive reviews. To be fair I can say that I received a defective product. Two days later, the zipper on my head broke. The nut fell off after two weeks. Upon inspection, it turned out that this is a side support that could collapse while our daughter is riding on it. My mom and I took it apart to fix it and found a stripped screw, ALL the screws and bolts were VERY loose and there were no lock washers. I would advise current owners to review this issue to protect their children from injury. Everything seems fine with this repair. On a positive note our girl loves to ride it! It doesn't work well on carpet, but it's great on hardwood/tile floors. Perhaps a harder wheel would make it easier to use on carpet.
