This is my everyday paring knife, very sharp and comfortable to hold. I've been using it for almost 18 months with no problems. Easy to clean knife and peeler. I really like that the knife doesn't go too deep, it stays close to the surface of the object to be cleaned. Other cleaners tend to take more fruit or vegetable pulp than I would like. Peels off easily - will not stick to joints. I usually hand wash them, but I've put them in the dishwasher a couple of times with no problems. Nice presentation box if you are looking for a gift.
