Great effect for little money

I'm not new to peeling and gluing tiles. I've used them for years in older homes that needed a cosmetic update but were economical. I found this tile while looking at a DIY bathroom renovation. And although I've used tiles like this before, I learned a few new things that made the job a lot easier and I want to share them with you. First, there are many reviews that do not match them. The instructions on the back say to rotate them until they match. It's amazing it worked. I usually buy tiles that don't need to match, so this was a bit tricky, but it was worth it. Even though the tile has a sticky backing, I always use extra glue. I like Locktite 0 seconds. I used 1 tube in a caulking gun for my small bathroom. I will also seal the walls, the toilet and the spaces between each tile. I bought white bathroom sealer. I haven't caulked my photo yet. Tip #1 Use kitchen scissors instead of a box cutter or box cutter to cut tile. The tile is thin enough to be cut with heavy scissors and I felt I had more control over the cut. Especially with complex cutouts around a curved toilet. Tip #2 If you need to cut a tile to square, around a toilet or along a wall, use the paper that peels off the back of the tile as a template. Lay it down and mark on paper where to make the cuts. Cut the paper and check if it fits. Now use this paper to cut the tiles. I suggest you cut out a little more than the template because you can trim off more if needed, but if you cut too much you will lose the tile. (Not really, use them elsewhere where a cut tile is required.) This is where scissors really come in handy as you can barely cut the tile and see if it fits, if not you can see where to reattach have to cut. I suggest watching some YouTube videos, but this is a pretty easy project that anyone can do. I washed over ceramic tiles later, didn't like that. We'll gut the bathroom one day, but so far I'm happy with it.
