First I have to highlight the fact that I bought this camera at Revain's Lightning sale for $20 plus tax. It came to about $22. This item took about a day and a half to arrive which was very quick. The package was just a box. I took two pictures to add here. One to show the contents of the package upon arrival and the other to show what the camera looks like installed on my screen. I also recorded a short video so you can see the quality of the camera. I personally think that $20 camera was just a steal. After receiving it, I took it out of the box and plugged it into my Windows 10 Pro desktop PC. Windows immediately recognized the necessary drivers and installed them without my intervention. Then I launched an application that allowed me to verify that the camera was actually working properly. After starting the application, I immediately saw myself in the video. and knew it worked and that I was impressed with the quality of the camera output. Then I tried to record a video and realized that for some reason the microphone was not working. I checked the instructions to make sure there is a microphone built in. Is that so. I then started checking the system settings and found that Windows had automatically disabled the camera's microphone upon installation. I didn't know Windows did that. Once installed, make sure you have a working microphone. If that doesn't work, just check the system and turn on the microphone. Otherwise I had no problems with this camera. I recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap quality camera. I think you will be very happy with the overall quality of this camera.
