I was excited about these products and had high hopes for them. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and put in danger. The toast did not come out as shown on the display. The bread I used was fresh and room temperature. As you can see in the attached image, it didn't fry at all the first time, but that's not the main issue. This thing caught fire on the second toast of the same bread. I can not believe that. Luckily not a big fire but enough to know I can no longer use this product. The idea of a touchscreen and a high-tech feel was EVERYTHING to me. I really liked the look and the idea of it. A total waste of $300 and extremely disappointing and painful.
