Great way to get an aftermarket HU in your GM
I bought this to install a Pioneer head unit in my '95 Camaro with a factory Bose stereo. My Bose died but I wanted to keep my existing speakers and cables. When I bought this unit I made the mistake of ordering the ROEM-GM21A when I should have ordered the ROEM-GM21. The only difference is the wiring harness that connects the interface to the factory wiring. The PAC didn't help much, but I was able to find a PDF online showing how to convert a GM21A to a GM21 harness. Basically, it's a paper clip and moving 6 pins to different places on the connector. Works great!
