I like that they have been around for years, their customer service is very good as well! The only thing i don't really enjoy about them is how long it takes to get paid after you've submitted your report. If this was fixed then everyone would love the system because of all the great features available! Customer satisfaction has greatly improved since we started using their systems. They are always there when needed which makes working easier in general. Ameridial is very professional in their approach to our organization. Their support team is phenomenal! They are always available to answer any questions we may have as soon as they arise. I can't think of anything that I dislike about Ameridial. They are definitely top-notch, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality service at an affordable price. We have been able to reduce customer wait times by over 50%. Our customers are seeing the difference right away.
