The ability to customize our call scripts allows us to reach out to prospective customers in the most effective way possible, whether it's through a live caller or automated dialer. I like that they have been around for years, their customer service is very good as well! The only thing i don't really enjoy about them is how long it takes to get paid after you've submitted your report. If this was fixed then everyone would love the system because of all the great features available! Customer satisfaction has greatly improved since we started using their systems.
