Great idea to connect your knowledge base to your organization, you could do this yourself with excel and google docs, but its too complicated, plus you cant share your data easily with others. This is why people go with software. It wasnt difficult to use, and its pretty powerful. I would like more options when it comes to managing users (or even better) permissions and rights on specific content items. For example if i wanted to give access only to certain groups within my organisation so they dont see other peoples information or something along those lines.? Also having an option to upload files/attachments via email would be great!
