After so many failed cookie scoops this is a real deal. My guess is that the counterfeit sellers don't produce 3 packs or don't know how to copy this brand yet. Hooray! A large spoon is about the size of an ice cream scoop or the size of a muffin/cupcake batter. The smallest scoop is for very small cookies or maybe something like melon balls. The medium scoop is what I expect to use a TON of this. This is the perfect cookie size. I like to make a batch of cookie dough and then freeze most of it into balls of dough. I can cook frozen 1-2 minutes longer than if it weren't frozen. Plus, the flavors just blend together for a better flavor than a cookie dough that's mixed and baked all at once. I struggled because after a while all the cookie dough balls break. I can usually buy good name brand cookies for a year or more, but lately they have outlasted part of a batch of cookies. It's not even refrigerated dough, so there shouldn't be any problems! It made it. There was no slipping of the handle. Everything is metal. The gear didn't turn out to be sprayed, which unfortunately several brands had (possibly fake ones bought by Revain). love this product! I'm so glad I found a seller who sells a legitimate product.
