I was initially excited about this bag. It's sleek, professional, versatile, and has laptop and tablet padding. The problem is poor quality zippers. 5 months after purchase, the seam around the zipper started to tear. Then the teeth were so deformed in several places that I could not close the bag. Personalized customer service was great initially - they replaced the bag quickly. A year later, the exact same problem arose. This time customer service said the bag was out of warranty* so they wouldn't replace it. For forty bucks I don't expect a tank bag, but I'm not rough with it, so 6-12 months just isn't acceptable. Durability. It seems many other solo bags use the same zippers so I will avoid this brand. *Update: This bag is not out of warranty. It's covered by a 5-year warranty, but Solo refused to accept that inferior plastic zippers should be covered. I strongly advise you to avoid Solo bags as they do not meet the warranty.
