Good but flimsy: my feedback
Decent spoon, nice finishing but its flimsy.It looks nice, the handle provides a good grip and the bowl of the spoon and other edges are finished smoothly. It glides around a mixing glass nicely. However.This arrived with the Japanese style end bent. I was able to bend it back into shape with two fingers, which is nice in a way, but tells me this could never be used to crack ice or anything remotely demanding like that.
- Lovely quality nice bar addition
- May not be as effective at transferring and mixing ingredients as other bar spoons
