Customer Service at the iBasingo Online Store was disappointing

I was thrilled to discover the iBasingo online store, which offers a large assortment of outdoor culinary items, as someone who enjoys trekking and camping. My interaction with their customer support, however, left me feeling let down and aggravated. First off, I didn't find their website to be as user-friendly as I had hoped, and I had trouble navigating through their product selection. When I did locate what I was looking for and made a purchase, even though I had paid for express shipping, it took considerably longer than anticipated to arrive. The goods I received was defective, which only made problems worse. When I contacted customer service to request a replacement, I received unhelpful and rude responses. They took a while to reply to my emails, and when they did, there were no solutions or even an apology for the trouble they had created. All in all, I was unimpressed with the iBasingo online store and their customer support. Despite having an excellent range of outdoor kitchen gear, I had a really unpleasant experience with them due to their lack of professionalism and subpar customer service. Anyone searching for a hassle-free purchasing experience shouldn't use them, in my opinion.
