A little pricey at first glance but I wanted something more durable than another brand I've tried and I'm not disappointed at all. First, great attention is paid to the packaging, and right after opening the box there is an installation guide. YouTube also has great demo videos. I was immediately impressed by the quality and was delighted that it looked even better in person than in the photos. I ordered a small and it's the perfect size for my 10lbs. My favorite feature is the door lock. It is very easy to open and close with one hand. I don't plan on folding it often, but it's nice that it folds up (and it's so easy to do) if I ever want to take it somewhere. The company was great too with quick responses to a few of my questions. I'm so glad I decided to spend a little more for this quality box. My pup loves his new Diggs!
