This is the most innovative carrier I've ever seen. Thickly padded frame instead of bare plastic, mesh sides are definitely slash proof, has a top door as well as a front door for depositing cat, not too big or small for recommended weight- cat can turn but not move so far off center it tips to one side, or prowl back and forth meowing in displeasure.
