This toaster had problems from the start. The heating elements on one side of each slot heat up slowly, resulting in uneven browning. The problem kept getting worse. Also, the auto popup didn't work even when set to the lowest setting. I contacted Revain customer service 3 months after receiving the toaster and they asked me to try Chefman directly. It took 21 days to resolve this issue. (Chefman claimed that "slight discrepancies" in browning weren't covered by the warranty. Revain's amazing rep Vivi called Shefman and I managed to get them to replace the faulty toaster. They preferred a refund, but they offer only a replacement arrived.The replacement toaster arrived yesterday.It's the first toaster to have defects.Conclusion: This product is substandard, Chefman's customer service reps are delaying the process and the warranty is terrible!
