It worked fine about 10 times and then it started flickering on the screen. ***Update 8/12/17** *Your customer service was excellent. They sent me a new machine. Unfortunately, there was a similar problem here as well. After trying a few things, there seems to be a strange anomaly when accessing the Oracle Agile PLM webpage that causes flickering. I'm not sure what happens from a browser perspective when this happens, but I can reproduce this with all the browsers I normally use (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari). I'm not sure if other websites will have the same problem. I think I might switch to an HDMI adapter since my monitor accepts both types of inputs. If you only use your monitor for general browsing and email, then you might be fine. It seems to work on most other websites. ***Update 08/14/2017*** Lention offered to send me an HDMI adapter so I am changing it to 5 stars. They went higher and further. The service staff was very polite, professional and customer oriented. I look forward to buying more products from them as I will need more USB-C devices in the future.
