Review on 🍳 Presto 06626 11 inch Electric Skillet: Convenient Cooking with a Glass Lid by Leo Torres

This item is great! I've only had it a few weeks so can't confirm its durability, although every other Presto product I own continues to do what it's supposed to without breaking, so I think this one is no exception. Since I got this in the mail I've made all sorts of things - fish/oyster stock, pancakes, hash browns, fried steak (yummy!), even cake! There's so much you can do with it. Another benefit is that it is much more energy efficient than using the top-of-the-line. All energy is directed to one purpose and not to heat the kitchen. And NOTHING sticks to the surface! The test for this was to boil coarse yellow groats in it. They're quite high in sugar and will stick to almost anything when cooked for up to an hour, which means several hours to clean up. So does grain. Anyway, this pan did the job. I just flipped the pan and grits came out! I didn't even have to take them out! I am very happy with this pan and it is the perfect size for a couple of people. Excellent material!
