As the video shows they have 13 pockets. I've used these in the past and I use the individual pockets for each of the 12 months and the last pocket for receipts or papers that I haven't filed. This set comes with 3 of them which worked out great for the different businesses that I run.When filled, I just put them in the file drawer and it fits quite well in a standard file cabinet. They are cheap enough that I can buy a new set each year and if I have to take them outside I don't have to worry about the papers getting wet in normal rainfall.
