I deployed 4 devices with Meraki Good Mesh Wi-Fi. None of the GPX-1760W devices can maintain their WiFi connection for more than a day or two. Restart reestablishes the connection with the device. I did a lot of troubleshooting with Grandstream and Meraki support. Grandstream support eventually said it was a "bug" that they would report to the "developers". Dealing with customer support means using the online ticketing system. There are usually 24 hours between posts/replies. It takes forever to "get to the bottom" of something.
