Review on KaZAM Pedal Balance 12 Inch Metallic by Justin Steele

Best looks and value for money

I am very glad I bought this bike. I didn't want foam tires or cheaper metal because I want this bike to last for all my kids. I can say this will do it for me. My 4 year old is a size 4/5T and fits him perfectly with room to grow. He can wear it when he needs it. This is too small for my almost 7 year old but he is very tall for his age. He is the same height as most 8 year olds and wears size 8 kids jeans. He can sit on it and walk in the highest position but it's a little uncomfortable. My child is almost 2 years old, wears a size 24m/2T and can reach to the floor on the lowest setting. He has good control of the bike when on it but I have to help him hold it and sit down first due to the heavier metal and size compared to his small body. I rode him on a bike with training wheels before I got this so he gets frustrated and tries to put his feet on the footrest and keeps falling. As for me, it doesn't bother me that he doesn't understand it yet because I bought it for my 4 year old. I've heard of others using a regular bike and just taking the pedals off to build their own balance bike and then you can put the petals back on when they're ready for a regular bike. I researched a lot about balance bikes and chose this one because: it has a kickstand where it is, this model uses the best materials, I like this type of bike the most because of the price compared to other brands of similar quality. and because it can adapt to more than one of my children. It's definitely hard. This design makes sense to me and I have at least 2 more kids to get through this phase.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Hard to say
