TAC9ER: Low-Quality Outdoor Gear, and Terrible Support for Customers.

As someone who is very knowledgeable about outdoor clothing, I was extremely dissatisfied with the options that TAC9ER provided. Their equipment is of poor quality and was not designed to withstand the demanding environments encountered in outdoor pursuits. I found their shelters to be flimsy and of poor construction, and their sleeping bags to be thin and unable to provide any form of insulation. In addition, TAC9ER's customer support was of the lowest possible quality. Their employees were unhelpful and knew little to nothing about the merchandise that they were selling. When I inquired for recommendations, they were unable to give me any information that would be helpful to me, and they seemed uninterested in assisting me in any way. Their return policy is confusing and difficult to understand, which makes the situation even more difficult. In order to return a faulty product, I was required to go through a number of hurdles, and even after doing so, I was not given a solution that was satisfactory. In conclusion, if you are looking for outdoor goods, TAC9ER is not a brand that I would recommend to you. Both the quality of their merchandise and the assistance they provide to customers is lacking. You can find excellent outdoor gear elsewhere, so save yourself the hassle and go there instead.
