I originally wrote that this waist trainer was too tight, and it was, event tho I ordered the XXL, but the company contacted me to inquire about my review and wanted to help me, in which they did, they allowed me to keep the original item and send me the 3XL because apparently the product runs small, I'm no size 10 I'm more like a 14-16 so if you're considering this item think larger than normal size . I did give them 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because they offered to help me and they came thru. The waist trainer fits nicely and I was able to wear it all day without feeling like I was choking.
