Terrible warranty, great product! One year product warranty. The product stopped working after a year. We were asked to send it back so they could send us a new product. We paid $18 for shipping and they deducted $10 to ship a new product. The new product cost us $39. AMAZON should stop selling these products. The warranty must include a free replacement. the consumer must not spend 72% of the cost on warranty services OR the warranty statement must clearly state that the warranty is close to the price of the product. Didn't expect that from Cuisinart. will definitely stop buying their products
