In theory this is a brilliant thing. Really cheap junk. We had to upgrade the carabiner to a screw link to hold it on the collar. and then today the 2nd HOLE HOLDING THE CLAMP BROKEN! If it were a little stronger I would highly recommend it. We also put it in a drawstring pouch before attaching it to the dog. because it helps with water but is by no means waterproof. or even truly waterproof. The ONLY reason we are ordering another set is because it has a valve with a "filler plug" to improve waterproofing and we have TWO CRAZY DOGS ripping it off in the woods all the time. Luckily we can find it using GPS location and the BLUE color made it much easier to find. I'm so glad we didn't get the black ones, we would never have found him THREE TIMES when he had his dog collar ripped off.
