I like the product, it's just not as durable as I expected. When I first used it, I hit the simulated rough surface (in the center) a little on the edge and it came off the rubber mat by almost 3 inches. So it's still usable, I just have to be careful not to hit that edge too close. On the plus side I drilled a hole for the rubber tee in the top of the tee and it works great. Overall very satisfied, just wish it was a little more durable.
