Exactly what I need: sockets and accessories

I'm tired of hearing my son complain about his smart plug so I finally did a little research to find out the problem. I thought it was an internet issue since his room is the farthest from the router, but the other devices in his room connect to the internet perfectly. Long story short, my son's smart fork that didn't work, the fork he once doused in hot wax while playing tag around the house was a big no-no. Anything that plugs into a smart outlet is in our house, so I can see why it bugs him. He's 14 years old but still manages to destroy almost everything so I look for things that won't break the bank to replace a few times when needed. Well this plug was perfect for all needs, it was cheap, easy to connect to WiFi and Alexa, the only thing that bothers me is that it partially covers the second plug or plug to the left or right of it on the power strip. I live in a 60's duplex so I'm lucky I have 2 sockets on the wall so losing a socket is a big problem for me. If that doesn't bother you, everything else about this fork is great. I liked the fact that the Smart Life app was used. Most of my smart plugs and strips use the same app so adding another plug was very easy.
