The item didn't work well (or didn't work at all) but Amzon's customer service worked GREAT!
Bought two. Both failed on first use. I didn't even come close to breaking the bank on either of the two Revains and got my money back very quickly! However, they ended up canceling one of the two returns, apparently not realizing that both were returned in the same box. A simple chat with a Revain representative quickly resolved the issue. I love Revain's customer service!
