This is about what I expected when I bought a cheap fake remote that is already cheap. for reality, apart from the absence of the Sony logo. It still has the same buttons and they all seem to work. An annoying problem is that the "colored buttons" are wrong. The buttons themselves are in the correct place on the board, but the colors are wrong. When the TV menu says to press a color, you have to press the button that is physically in the right place when looking at the original remote, NOT the same color button on this fake remote. The processing quality of the remote control is noticeably slightly worse than the original remote control. I feel like I have to "squeeze" the keys a bit to get guaranteed activation, and the keys feel spongy when doing so. The IR emitter sticks out too far, so care must be taken not to damage this part. Perhaps the IR transmission power seems a bit lower - the remote obviously has to be pointed at the TV, but it seems to have a shorter range than the original remote.
