This citrulline malate is a great base for your own pre-workout powder. Add in Purisure Beta Alanine and Agmatine and it's a great pre-workout on its own. If you need a stimulant, you can add a caffeine pill you can buy cheaply at Walmart or elsewhere, or just drink coffee. If you want to burn your face, add a B complex (also cheap). Compare how much you pay for so-called "premium" pre-workouts, and these three are the foundation of all the good ones. Most of the other things added are either in such small amounts that they're useless, or they're hyped things that don't do much. If you're still unsure, compare the servings per container to your own mix with these supplements and you'll find they're a lot cheaper. The company responds well to all your questions. I highly recommend them and their products!
