This REAL review was written by a REVAIN customer who has made thousands of 3D printers. The quality of the packaging and components is excellent. That's where it ended. Assembly took about 1.5 hours. Turned on to find the menu was in Chinese. Technical support? Forget it. The manual is very limited to the characteristics and settings of the printer functions. The build platform was disappointing as I took out my Chinese translator and printed out some of the parts. You must wait for the plate to cool to room temperature before making prints. Noisy? YES SIR. Way more than any other printer I own. I watched videos on youtube before buying. This is not what was represented by what appeared to be a "compensated endorsement". It's a great concept, but it's not true. I'm returning for a refund.
