Not easy to remove.
They are NOT easy to remove. They smudged my board the way dry-erase markers make halos on a whiteboard. They also stained my fingers, nails, and anything else they came in contact with. When you try to eject the chalk the first time you use it, the tips get stuck inside the marker and you have to pull them out again. They worked great for the one small thing I needed them for, but I wouldn't recommend them if you plan to use/reuse your board. The bonus of including chalkboard labels was a nice touch though.
