The best thing about this software is that it has made my life easy by giving me all what I need in one place at once, which makes things easier for both employees as well as management level people when managing their businesses. It also provides an excellent customer support service where they always help you out whenever there are any problems faced with using the product or services provided by them. There can be some improvement if we talk specifically about integration issues but overall its quite good. Its been very helpful during our daily work flow so far. This tool has helped us save time while doing routine tasks thus making more productive hours available later on other important projects/tasks.
