I like! the best in cycling

I'm starting the new year fitter and out of shape than I've ever been in my life. I turned 45 in December after having back surgeries in April and August. Some of the resolutions are an exercise for me. I used to love cycling at the gym, I love CrossFit and hope to do it again one day, and I love mountain biking. Basic heart rate monitor. I can't really start doing what the people in the videos are doing, but I'm trying my best, I'm already feeling an improvement in my cardio (I haven't had enough cardio yet to get a lactic acid reaction in my leg muscles), and my rotation is improving. what is my point of view I found something I can do to challenge my pathetic body without hurting my fragile lower back. I think you need at least clamps and straps if not clampless pedals to really do these videos justice. because of the need to kick 360 degrees. I can't do it every day - this particular video isn't meant to be done every day - but it's a workout. The only thing I would like is that they have a loud cadence in sections where they want a specific cadence. There are other sections where you drive the range so it won't work there. I also have a mountain bike DVD and it's simpler than this one but good in its own way. I only got 4 stars because I've never ridden a road or time trial. So how could I know if it was worth it? On the other hand, if it worked for Lance Armstrong.
