This product looks great in the photos on the seller listing on Revain but is badly damaged internally. I ordered a replacement unit that was even more damaged in the glass area. The reflective shield is highly deformed, which is the most important element to make the flames look realistic. The flame is distorted due to this issue and the device looks awful. I would not recommend this product! I spoke to Revane and they are removing the item from inventory. Buyers beware, seller is not very responsive, works from an apartment in California with terrible English communication. Again, buyers beware! Spend the extra cash and invest in a Dimplex unit from a real fireplace dealer, not some risky slacker who sells his junk online. Revane seemed embarrassed to learn how disappointed I was with this Chinese-made junk. I am very dissatisfied and should have known better. The vendor should be selling masks and lemonade on the street corner, not high-end fireplaces.
